This patient has a right extensor plantar response.
About extensor plantar
The extensor plantar response, or Babinski sign, is an upward deflection of the big toe, often with extending of the other toes, in response to stroking the sole from the heel to the ball of the foot.
Localization
The extensor plantar response occurs due to corticospinal tract or upper motor neuron dysfunction within the brain or spinal cord. It is thought to be caused by central disinhibition of reflex pathways.
