You are incorrect - the best treatment for our patient is both antihypertensive drug therapy and lifestyle modification.

Your choice: Exercise training program
Exercise training programs should be used, when appropriate, as part of the lifestyle modification program. Poorly conditioned patients should be advised to initially avoid vigorous exercise. A reasonable, graded aerobic exercise program may help the patient lose weight, improve cardiovascular performance and provide some blood pressure reduction. It will not be effective when used alone. Isometric exercise, such as heavy weight lifting should be avoided.
