Your choice: Echocardiography
Echocardiography is not a routine procedure in the evaluation of patients with stable angina pectoris. It may be useful in patients with coronary artery disease, especially to assess left ventricular function. It may also be useful in stress testing when a treadmill test alone is not likely to define myocardial ischemia.
