Your choice: Non-specific ST-T wave changes
Typical diffuse ST-T wave abnormalities are seen here, especially in leads V4, V5 and V6. The T waves are flattened with an equal upstroke and downstroke. These changes are non-specific and are observed in a large variety of clinical settings ranging from drinking cold water and hyperventilation to electrolyte disturbances and the effects of drugs.

While the tracing may be interpreted as abnormal, it does not necessarily indicate that the heart is abnormal.
