Your choice: Incomplete RBBB pattern

The typical incomplete right bundle branch block pattern demonstrated here shows an rSr' in lead V1. Note that the QRS is not prolonged.

This pattern is predominantly seen in normal individuals and is due to a slight delay in activation of the crista supraventricularis because of congenital variations of the terminal conduction system.
