This rhythm strip shows type I, or Wenckebach type, of second degree A-V block. The characteristic features demonstrated here include: regular sinus P waves, progressive lengthening of the PR interval. Followed by a non-conducted sinus P wave. The QRS may be normal, as it is here, or wide due to ventricular conduction abnormality.
