Doppler Echo

A Doppler echo study was obtained to assess cardiac anatomy including wall thickness, chamber size and define mitral valve morphology and function, as well as the presence of shunt lesions. It was also performed to evaluate cardiac function including wall motion and ejection fraction and to quantitate hemodynamics by measuring blood flow velocity and direction.
