Your choice: Non-specific ST-T wave changes
This electrocardiogram shows non-specific ST-T wave abnormalities. This term applies to many different variations in the ST segment and the T wave that do not suggest a specific diagnosis. In this tracing, the T waves are flat and notched in many leads, especially in leads I and V3 to V6. These non-specific abnormalities are observed in a large variety of clinical settings, ranging from drinking cold water and hyperventilating to electrolyte disturbances and the effects of drugs to early myocardial ischemia. While the tracing is interpreted as abnormal, it does not necessarily indicate that the heart is abnormal
