You are incorrect - the best interpretation of the electrocardiogram in our patient left ventricular hypertrophy.

Your choice: Nonspecific intraventricular conduction delay
This electrocardiogram shows a non-specific intraventricular conduction delay.
The non-specific conduction delay is manifested by a QRS duration of 0.14 seconds that does not fulfill the classic criteria for left or right bundle brach block. Intraventricular conduction disturbances are often seen with significant myocardial disease, but do not suggest a specific etiology. Nonspecific ST-T abnormalities are also demonstrated in this tracing by flat, equal shoulder T waves in leads I and V5 through V6, with ST segment depression in leads I and V6. These variations may be secondary to the intraventricular conduction defect and, again, do not point to a specific diagnosis.
