The characteristic features of an acute anterior wall infarction demonstrated here include Q waves seen in the V1 through V4. Elevated ST segments in leads V1 through V3 and T wave inversions in leads I, aVL and V1 through V6.

Complete right bundle branch block is demonstrated by the wide QRS of twelve hundredths of a second with an R' wave noted in aVR, V1 and V2; and the wide S waves in leads I. aVL and V6.
